Olga has over 33 years of practical Quality, Environmental & Safety Management Systems experience within various Industrial Environments. She has attained valuable experience as an Analytical and Environmental Chemist from within large Organisations including 23 years with BlueScope Steel, 10 years with Incitec/ AFL, 2 Years at ACIRL and has also applied Analytical Techniques within a Chemistry Faculty for 1.5 years period at Wollongong University.

 

Olga has a full range of skills required for a variety of Project work, including valuable experience in Integrated OHS, EMS and QMS Management Systems auditing and Public Reporting. During the last 4 years with NCSI, Olga has gained qualifications and experience in environmental and quality auditing consistent with ISO 19011:2002 Guidelines for EMS/QMS auditing, section 7 competencies and evaluation of Auditors. Olga has previously been approved by the Director-General of Planning for undertaking Environmental audits against Conditions of Consent for Cement Mill 7 for Blue Circle Southern Cement (BCSC) as well as EIS Predictions and Cloud Precipitation Project for Snowy Hydro (SPERP). Whilst at Bluescope Steel (BSL) Port Kembla, Olga spent 8 years extensive internal auditing within BSL Quality, Environmental & Safety Management Systems, Risk Management, Internal and External Auditing Programs, training and Environmental monitoring as well as NATA Accreditation for ISO 17025 for Laboratory Management. In addition, Olga has special expertise in Coal and Coke Analysis, Mineral Assays, Silica Dust Fumes, Phosphate Fertilisers, Sulphuric Acid/ Spent Acid, and Oleum, Coke Ovens and Blast Furnace Gases, Soil Chemistry, Tar and Petroleum By-Products and Cement Testing, Stack Testing, Building & Construction, and Open Cut and Underground Mining.

 

Olga has extensive experience in external Environmental, Safety and Quality auditing with Telstra Network Constructions (ex Advanced Services, ex NDC), National Maritime Museum Sydney, ANSTO, FaCHSIA, DFAT, ASIC, OilCheck, Dept Primary Industries. Integrated OHS, EMS and QMS auditing with Nestle, Veolia Environmental Services, IBA Construction, University Technology Sydney (UTS), ActewAGL, FieldForce, Northparkes Mines, Bendigo Gold Mines, Dell Malaysia, and Boral/BCSC Berrima for their Environmental Conditions of Consent Compliance Report.
